At Forged in Faith, each item is made to order specifically for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes.
Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at forgedinfaithbrand@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. However, if your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders begin processing shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed.
